⚠️ The BaseUp Management Portal (app.baseup.com.au) is for authorised administrators only. Access is granted by your organisation's facilities administrator — it is not open for self-registration. If you're a driver trying to book parking, go to web.baseup.com.au instead.
Work through the steps below in order. Most login issues are resolved by step 4.
1. Check you're using the right URL
Go directly to https://app.baseup.com.au — do not use a saved bookmark or a link sent by email, as these can become outdated. If you've been using a different address (such as admin.baseup.com.au), that's the likely cause.
2. Check that your account has been set up
If you've never logged in before, your account may not have been created yet. Ask your facilities administrator to:
Log in to app.baseup.com.au
Go to Admin > IAM > Accounts
Check whether your email address appears in the list
If not, select Create Account and fill in your details
For full instructions on creating and removing accounts, see the Managing Management Portal Access article.
3. Login code not arriving in your inbox?
If you requested a login code but haven't received it:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you're entering your work email address, not a personal one
Request the code again — sometimes the first request doesn't go through
Does your organisation use SSO (Single Sign-On)? If so, you won't receive a login code. Instead, click the Sign in with SSO button on the login page and authenticate through your company's identity provider.
4. Stuck in a login loop or seeing a blank screen?
If you're being sent back to the login page repeatedly, or the portal loads a blank screen, your OAuth session may be cached. Follow these steps:
Go to https://auth.baseup.com.au/oauth/session/end to clear your session
Open a new browser window
Clear your browser cache and history
Go directly to https://app.baseup.com.au and try logging in again
5. SSO not working after an IT change?
If your organisation has recently undergone an IT migration (such as a phone migration, a move to Intune, or changes to your Azure Active Directory), your SSO connection to BaseUp may have been affected.
🔐 BaseUp cannot reset SSO credentials — these are managed entirely by your organisation's IT team. Please raise a ticket with your internal IT department and ask them to restore your BaseUp SSO access.
6. Portal loading slowly?
Sign out and sign back in at app.baseup.com.au to refresh your session. If the slowness continues, contact our Client Success team and we'll investigate.
Still can't log in?
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact our Client Success team ([email protected]) and include a screenshot of the error message and the full page URL. This helps us identify the problem quickly.
