Bookings can only be canceled prior to their start time. To receive a refund for your parking fee, please cancel your booking on the day before.
You will automatically receive a refund when canceling your booking. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the funds to reach you.
When trying to cancel a paid booking after the start time, you will receive the below error. If you have an 'All Day' booking, your booking will start at midnight.
The refund policy is determined by your organisation. If your booking has already started, BaseUp cannot make exceptions to this policy. Refunds are not available once a booking has started, regardless of circumstances.
